8 STEP PROTECTION WITH 25 YEARS WARRANTY

using H2O Shields, we were able to prevent water from infiltrating clint’s house and make it safe for people to live in. This reduced humidity inside the house, which in turn prevented moisture from causing damage to the house’s contents First, we pressure washed the roof to remove the dust, fungus and any loose material from the main slab. Next, we scribed and leveled the slab to create a smooth surface for us to apply the primer, enabling a strong bond between the primer and the main slab. Next we fill and fix all the major cracks with Recron mat which is 100 gsm dept in H2O Primer solution to prevent further leakage.Now another coat of primer is applied for spreading a fibber mat to increase the bonding and the durability and we covered all the corners of the roof with Recron mat dept with H2O Primer solution. Again 2 coats of primer were applied to increase the durability ,then we applied 3 coats of overall shield. This results in giving the H2O Shields warranty of 25 years
